Technical Implementation Specialist - Spherion Corporation, Outsourcing Group

Spherion's Outsouring Group was primarily responsible for managing the temporary (and sometimes permanent) workforces for a number of large corporations, often using hosted software from PeopleClick. My responsibilities began with technical requirement gathering in the early phases. During the build phase I was responsible for ensuring that the requirements were met; before launch I personally cleaned and normalized lists of contractors; during launch I acted as a liason between the client and PeopleClick, and served as first line of support for Spherion account managers on site with the client company.
